It is strongly recommended that you read this entire document before you apply the security fix to your licensed copy of Autodesk Revit MEP 2015. After this security fix is applied successfully, the build number specified on the Help > About dialog will be 20190507_1515. For reference, you should save this readme to your hard drive or print a copy.
Issues Resolved by this Security Fix
This security fix addresses issues reported directly to Autodesk and contains the fixes included in previous Autodesk Revit MEP 2015 patches. Consult the release notes for all areas improved by this security fix.
TLS Statement
To align with industry best practices for security and data integrity, Autodesk Identity Services and Revit Cloud Models Services, will move to Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 and stop supporting TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 on August 3, 2019. Action may be required to update your software to maintain access to certain product functionality or features. To maintain connectivity, follow the instructions below. If your software is affected and is not updated, connectivity issues may occur as of June 15, 2019.
This version requires an update to the Autodesk License Manager components. Please see the Autodesk Licensing Manager Hotfix for additional information.
The update to allow the following feature functionality to be utilized is available in this Security Fix and Collaboration for Revit 2015.0.15 Security Fix.

As you prepare to install this security fix, keep the following in mind:
Administrative Privileges
In order to apply this security fix, you must have administrative privileges to install and uninstall products.
Product media
Under some circumstances, you may be asked to provide the original installation source.
If you installed Autodesk Revit MEP 2015 from the DVD or USB, you may be asked to insert the disk or USB during installation of the security fix. Please have the disk or USB available before starting.
If you downloaded and installed Autodesk Revit MEP 2015 from the web and later deleted the extracted files (default location of extracted files is C:\Autodesk\WI\Autodesk Revit MEP 2015), the security fix installation may not be able to continue. In that case, you should follow the below procedure:
- Obtain the Web download file and save it to your computer.
- Double click the download file and allow it to extract its files, noting where they are being saved.
- When the Autodesk Revit MEP Installer screen appears, click "Cancel".
- Continue with security fix installation as described in the Installation Instructions.
Backup Custom Files
Back up all customized files, such as Revit.ini, before starting.
Network Deployment
Special command line switches are available for administrators.
/q - Suppresses the completion message after this security fix is applied. This is useful if you use a script or batch file to apply this security fix to multiple computers.

Note: This security fix cannot be uninstalled to revert Autodesk Revit MEP 2015 to its pre-security fix state. If you need to remove the security fix, please uninstall Autodesk Revit MEP 2015 and then reinstall it.
Users of A360 Collaboration for Revit 2015 may experience an error on Revit startup if they install the Revit MEP 2015.0.15 Security Fix but not the corresponding A360 Collaboration v?? for Revit 2015.
